What is Operation
Christmas Child?

Operation Christmas Child is an annual project of a nonprofit group called Samaritan's Purse. This group is led by Franklin Graham, son of the renowned Reverend Billy Graham.

In Operation Christmas Child, people like you fill shoeboxes with small gifts. Samaritan's Purse delivers these shoeboxes to children living in desperate conditions around the world. Samaritan's Purse distributes Gospel books to children in their own languages when the shoeboxes are distributed.

The project brings hope to thousands of children—
many of them have never received a gift before.

Many churches sponsor shoebox collections. If there is not a collection in your area, consider making a financial donation to Samaritan's Purse to help the agency provide shoeboxes on your behalf.
